What does yoga mean to me?
An inner practice that has shaped the way I see and live life, supporting me in understanding and attuning to myself and my surroundings.
Three words that best describe my session: aware, playful, challenging.
Why do I love practising yoga?
As I deepen within the practice, in body and mind, and as our connection strengthens, I have begun to see far more clearly the reactions that arise in me in response to what I experience in daily life, and the consequences of those reactions. It is the practice of seeing and accepting what is, exactly as it is. Alongside all of this, I try to enjoy a strong, flexible and free body.
Why do I love teaching yoga so much?
I entered this path as a young person who was “wounded” both in body and spirit. In the light of my trust in the transformation and healing I experienced, I decided to become an instructor at the very moment I said: “this is an incredible practice, and I believe I have a role to play in passing it on to others.” I cannot describe the joy I take in sharing my practice; I simply try to savour it.

What does yoga mean to me?
A long journey towards myself. Everything I feel, on the mat or off it, brings me one step closer to who I am.
Three words that best describe my session: strong, compassionate, balanced.
Why do I love practising yoga?
I love yoga because it frees my body, balances the emotional intensity I experience, and nourishes my love of life.
Why do I love teaching yoga so much?
Being able to see an endless sparkle, peace and happiness in people's eyes at the end of a class, and to light the way on their own paths.
