What does yoga mean to me?
Yoga, for me, is an inner practice that helps me improve my outlook on life and the way I live it—supporting me as I understand myself and my surroundings and find harmony.

Three words that best describe my yoga session:
Aware, fun, challenging.

Why do I love practicing yoga?
As I deepen in the practice—in body and mind—as our connection strengthens, I started to see more clearly the reactions I give and the results that follow, in light of the emotions that arise toward what I experience in daily life, toward “what happens to me.” It is the practice of seeing and accepting what is as it is. Alongside all this, I try to enjoy a strong, flexible, and free body.

Why do I love teaching yoga so much?
As a young person who entered this path both physically and emotionally “wounded,” I decided to become an instructor when I realized: “This is an incredible practice, and I believe I have a role in passing it on to people,” guided by my trust in the transformation and healing process I experienced. I can’t even describe the joy I get from sharing my practice; I simply try to savor it.

What does yoga mean to me?
A long journey toward myself. Everything I feel on or off the mat brings me one step closer to myself.

Three words that best describe my session:
Strong, compassionate, balanced.

Why do I love practicing yoga?
I love yoga because it frees my body, balances the emotional intensities I experience, and nourishes my love of life.

Why do I love teaching yoga so much?
Being able to see an endless sparkle, peace, and happiness in people’s eyes at the end of a class, and to be a light for them on their own paths.
